Privacy policy

We collect information you choose to provide through our forms, such as your name, email address, business or retreat name, website, phone number and message. Required fields are marked. Please do not include health information or other sensitive information.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect the site. We use IP addresses for short-term rate limiting but do not intentionally retain them in our application logs.

We use enquiry details to respond, assess listing requests, maintain retreat information and administer any agreed listing service. We use email signup details only for the purpose described at the form. We do not sell personal information.

We use necessary information with service providers that host the website, protect forms, store site data and deliver email. This currently includes Vercel, Supabase, Upstash and Resend. Those providers may process information outside Australia under their own infrastructure and contractual terms.

Retra does not currently use optional advertising cookies, tracking pixels or visitor-profile analytics. Retreat pages may contain Google-sourced place information, but third-party photos are withheld pending rights and attribution verification. Following a link to Google Maps or a retreat operator takes you to a third-party service governed by its own privacy terms.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Email providers and infrastructure services may retain operational records under their own retention settings. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, or complain about our handling of your information. Email hello@retraretreats.com.au. We will verify requests where reasonably necessary.
