Retra Retreats operates an Australian retreat directory from Victoria. Unless Retra expressly says otherwise, we are not the retreat operator, travel agent, booking provider or health provider. A booking or enquiry with a listed operator creates a relationship between you and that operator.

We aim to keep listings useful, but retreat details, availability, accessibility, prices, ratings and suitability can change. Some information comes from retreat operators, public sources or Google. Check material details directly with the operator before relying on them or paying.

Content is general information, not medical, mental-health or professional advice. Retreat activities may carry risks and may not suit everyone. Seek appropriate professional advice and tell the operator about relevant needs before booking.

Operators must provide accurate information and have permission to supply text, brands and images. Paid or featured placement affects prominence, not our guarantee of quality, outcomes or suitability. We may correct, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Retra’s original site design, copy and branding are owned by or licensed to Retra. Third-party listing content, trade marks, ratings and images remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use the site for personal research but may not republish substantial parts without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Retra is not responsible for independent operators, third-party websites, changed listing information, or indirect loss arising from use of the directory.

Victorian law governs these terms, and Australian courts with jurisdiction may hear disputes.
