About this retreat
Balance for Life Unique Retreats offers weekend wellness escapes at Dundee Beach, located south of Darwin in the Northern Territory. Set in beachfront accommodation with views of the famous Dundee sunsets, these retreats run across a range of themes including Restorative Yoga and Meditation, Juice Cleanse, Yoga and Self Care with Essential Oils, Stretch Out, and a Yoga and Craft Retreat. Each package includes two nights' accommodation and all healthy meals. The setting is tropical, peaceful and close to nature, making it well suited to individuals seeking rest, gentle movement or a manageable introduction to wellness retreats. Programmes run on consecutive weekends from November through December.
