She offers local retreats at Santosha Retreat House, a seven-acre property in the rolling hills of the South West, as well as international retreats in destinations like Thailand. All retreats are alcohol-free and combine breathwork, yoga, meditation, and personalised coaching using This Naked Mind and Liminal Psychology methodologies. Kim also offers one-on-one coaching packages ranging from four weeks to a full year, suited to those looking to break free from alcohol dependency, shift deeply held habits, or pursue broader personal transformation.
