Founded in 1983, the centre welcomes individuals and groups for mindfulness retreats, courses, and community activities. Accommodation includes private and shared rooms with a communal kitchen and living space, offered on a donation basis. Guests are accepted primarily during scheduled retreats and courses, with occasional availability for Bibbulmun Track walkers. Weekly live-streamed mindfulness sessions are offered via Facebook on Mondays and Fridays. The centre suits solo visitors, small groups, and those seeking a calm, grounded environment rooted in Buddhist-influenced mindfulness practice.
