Sattva Australia is a nature-based retreat centre and yoga school located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, surrounded by forest and mountains. Rooted in Vedic and yogic traditions, it offers yoga teacher training, immersive goddess and Navaratri practices, kriya, mantra, meditation, and Jyotish guidance. Accommodation is in eco-cabins alongside a sacred practice yurt, natural living pool, and dining pavilion. Retreats cater for groups of 12–16 and suit individuals seeking genuine spiritual growth, personal transformation, or deepened yoga practice. The school also welcomes facilitators to host their own retreats from March 2026. It suits those drawn to authentic dharmic teachings within a grounded, community-oriented setting.
